Milwaukee is home to some of the most spectacular small businesses and specialty boutiques in the Midwest, especially in the city’s Historic Third Ward. The Third Ward is Milwaukee’s oldest center of commerce and warehousing. Once home to dozens of factories, it is now the heart of the metropolitan fashion and art scene. The architecture within this neighborhood is nothing short of breathtaking and the multitude of unique restaurants, one-of-a-kind shops, and art galleries, align against the gorgeous Riverwalk for miles. This city never ceases to amaze me with its beauty.
One of my absolute favorite shops that I have just become so blessed to start working with, is the Free Bird Boutique located on the corner of Water and Buffalo. If you live in the Milwaukee area and have not yet visited, I STRONGLY recommend you do. They have everything from shoes to dresses to the most adorable accessories. Rarely do I fall so in love with every single piece in a store, but I couldn’t help but obsess over every silhouette and detail. If I could describe Free Bird in three words I would say Trendy, Feminine, and Chic. They have a different dress perfect for each body type along with at least 3 pairs of shoes to match.
Below I have posted several of my favorite spring looks, all of which are available now at Free Bird! Huge shout out to photographer Zoe Hull. She has such amazing talent and is so wonderful to work with! Check out her photography here or follow her on Instagram at @zoealexandriah.
